To use TalkOfYou, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TalkOfYou provides AI-powered social listening and reply generation. The Service scans public conversations across supported platforms (YouTube, Reddit, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Quora, Hacker News), generates draft replies using artificial intelligence, and publishes approved replies on your behalf through dedicated social accounts.

• All AI-generated replies are drafts that require your review and approval before publication.
• We do not guarantee specific engagement, reach, or business outcomes.
• Platform availability may change without notice based on third-party API terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or third-party platform terms of service.
• Publish misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise access the Service beyond its intended interface.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

TalkOfYou offers free trials and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file at the beginning of each billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you provide (product descriptions, keywords, account configurations). AI-generated draft text is provided as a tool output for your use and does not carry independent copyright claims from us.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using TalkOfYou, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

7. Third-Party Platforms

TalkOfYou interacts with third-party platforms (YouTube, Reddit, X, LinkedIn, Quora) on your behalf. You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including account suspensions, content removal, or API changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalkOfYou and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or effective for your purposes.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
